White Zinfandel Featured Recipe
Strawberry White Zinfandel Sauce
1 quart Strawberries
¼ cup sugar
2 cups Greenfield Vineyard White Zinfandel
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Transfer to a
medium saucepan and cook on medium heat at a low simmer for ten minutes
stirring occasionally. Serve hot or cold with fruit, ice cream, cake, etc.
