Sauvignon Blanc Featured Recipe

Jerk Chicken

2 T. jerk seasoning
Juice of one lime
1 T. brown sugar
1 T. oil
¼ t. chili flakes (optional)
½ cup Greenfield Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc
2 lb. chicken thighs, legs or wings

Combine all ingredients, except chicken in a small saucepan. Cook, stirring occasionally, on medium heat 3 minutes. Cool to room temperature. Pour over chicken and marinade 6 hours or over night. Remove chicken from marinade. Season with salt and pepper. Grill wings or bake legs and thighs at 350o for 35 minutes or until juices run clear. Serve with a chilled glass of Greenfield Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc.
