Chardonnay Featured Recipe
Chicken Cacciatore
4 chicken breasts
2 cans plain stewed tomatoes
½ cup chopped celery
½ cup chopped onion
½ cup chopped green peppers
2 T. Olive oil
1 cup Greenfield Vineyard Chardonnay
Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Place them in a large
skillet over medium heat. Pour the olive oil in the pan and turn the chicken
to coat. Add the remaining ingredients and bring to a slow simmer cook until
chicken is done about 20 minutes. Turn the chicken once to prevent sticking.
Serve with spaghetti and a chilled glass of Greenfield Vineyard Chardonnay.
